  10. Linda, my heart is breaking. I am so, so very sorry to hear this news. I know how close you were.
There is little I can say that can offer comfort right now - mere words are so inadequate at times like this.
Just know that I am here for you - in the days to come and always.

Mitzi was a real friend to me and I take comfort from the fact that I was privileged to have known her.

  16. Hello, Linda

    I'm a friend of Sheila's ... a good friend, who i consider as a sister.
When she tells me of a good person i believe and trust her implicitly.

So it is with my utmost love and respect that i send you my condolences and wishes for peace and comfort in your time of sadness.

May you and yours find some comfort here.

It's one of Sarah's most beautiful songs,

  17. Oh no. I am sitting here with tears running down my face. I wish I'd had the chance to know her better. I know very well there's nothing I can say or do to make things better, but my most heartfelt sympathies to you and your family. All of you.

    Jaquie....beautifully done.

  18. Sitting here, trying to see through the tears and wondering what on earth I can say to you that can bring you some comfort.

Her suffering is over and she is at peace. It is the ones left behind that are now in pain and it is for Clyde and her children as well as you Linda and the rest of the family for whom these tears fall.

Thinking of you all tonight and in the days to come.

You are in my prayers sweet Linda. Life is a strange journey, my friend, no one escapes the tragedy or the beauty of it all. Hope you can find peace as you remember Mitzi's life and the love you shared.

  29. May knowing she is in God's embrace now, and in no more pain, give you a bit of comfort.

    Lord, You know
    I’m pushing on
    to run this race.
I fix my eyes on You
    in everything I face.
    Even when my feelings
    say it isn’t so
    Your Truth that beats
    inside my heart
    won’t let me go.
    With every step of faith
    You strengthen me
    Along every mile of trust
    You’re remaking me
    ‘Tho a trail of tears
    mark the path
    that I’ve come
    Until in Your arms
    I’ll continue to run.

  30. Linda..no words could be enough to express the sadness you must all feel.
Mitzi was a delight to know, if only through yours and her pages.
She will be very much missed.
May her spirit travel peacfully and her memory continue to inspire us all.

My love and condolences to you all.

  33. I played this at my Mother's Memorial and it cuts to my core. Not one word doesn't fit in my life.

Though I don't know what happened, it is obvious in this entry that you have had to say 'Farewell' to someone very significant to you and my heart aches for your loss. Perhaps knowing that others share your grief will offer you a small measure of comfort.

I came by way of my very good friend, Sheila. I send sincere condolences to you and all who knew and know this Angel as you bid "farewell."
