Mono Monday Plus #25 (MM #39)

 My entry for this week.  Me in one of my favorite places.  I can definitely hear the water calling me.

  16. I did it all in paint.net. Added the layers played with the opacity on each one. Moved the pixels around a bit then used the oil paint effect.

  18. Baz was the one that told me about paint.net. I love it. The layers thing is easier there. Click on layers, import your photo for your background. Go back to layers, import your next photo. Click on layers again, at the bottom it says properties I think. There you can change it to overlay, screen, color burn and other things. You also go there to adjust the opacity. You'll have fun learning. I do.

Linda finally made it here..my kilt was in the dryer ..and every time I come over and see what you got you are always impressing the old gator..you have gotten this down very well and love to see artists helping and sharing with artists..this is what this project is all about...each element is well done but the bottom shot of you i think is great and you better watch that some knight in a kilt will come and git yah..hugs and well done this week

  27. Paint.net ~ that's one I've not heard of before, but I'll definitely be having a nosey at it! I use Gimp a lot, but simply can't figure out layering... *sigh*...
    Ah well, never mind! You've obviously got it well sussed out on Paint.net ~ this is a gorgeous composition Linda!
