MM #14

My entry for this week isn't all that great.  If I wasn't so tired, I guess I would have played with it more.  Once again, I've blended.  Put two pictures together.  Cropped it up.  Used the halgaish feature on picnik.  Then turned it to sepia.  Wanted to give it a spooky, eerie look.

  1. chic that is one freaky tree you got going on..i use to shoot with holga film cameras ..lmao super cheap plastic medium format cameras ...they leaked light horribly and that how they came up with the weirdness ...well that and plastic lenses but back to your you call this not great..pfft wrong..this is sweet arse as cartman would say ..well done and you got a spooky tree

  6. Sure is a wicked arse tree. It's almost human. The stuff of fairy tales.
    Hey Linda. Try shooting it in the dark. Camera on tripod, long exposure. Paint it with light from a big torch or a series of off camera flash. Freaky deaky results I bet - and a few wierd looks from the neighbours.

  11. wow, he is one scary old piece of wood isn't he, and you enhanced that to the max. That's one tree I would either hug or leave a sacrifice for I'm not sure.

  16. I love the top and bottom picture. They are both awesome and I love the talent that you can take two photos and layer them on top of each other and make such a cool photo in the final one... Kudos to you my friend... Hang onto this one for Halloween!!! Hugs, lilangelwolf
