Picture Perfect~~~Gobsmacked

gobsmacked
(slang) utterly astonished, openmouthed

Gobsmacked, I would say that just about sums up my Grandmonster, Tyler, Christmas day when he opened the door to find Santa was paying a visit.

But, maybe not as gobsmacked as I was to find out I was the Ex Mrs. Clause.  (my ex-husband in the suit)  LOL  I had no idea who it was until one of the others told me.

  33. LOL, too funny and thanks for stopping by mine... complete and udder twins aren't they?? I had a santa experience when I was a child. Santa showed up at our backdoor right before we were to go to bed. I answered the door, and when I saw it was Santa, I slammed the door shut and ran and hid. I will never forget that I was in about 3rd- 4th grade... My parents asked who it was and I just said, "Santa" and they wanted to know why I didn't let him in, Well now come on ... It's not everyday that Santa shows up on your doorstep in the dark?? Duh mom and dad?? what were you thinking, I was just going to let him in... My parents swear to this day, that I know who it was that was in that suit, I have no idea. they will not tell. They are willing to take the magic of Christmas for us and for them to their grave. so, do I believe in Santa.... YES... Awesome post and such a funny twist of ate.. LOL, Gobsmacked you were... Have a terrific weekend my friend, lilangelwolf
